Exchanges - KidsArtRoomTM is pleased to offer credit towards another class or workshop when at least 48 hours' notice is given and the exchange is agreed by both parties. Unfortunately, credits, exchanges, or refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class or workshop, or for non-attendance.

Discount codes & Siblings discount - Please note that discount codes and sibling discounts are available for full-course bookings only and cannot be applied to single-day bookings, should the organiser agree to offer individual days.

As previously noted in Class Types when selecting your lessons:

Notice period - Please note that we require one full term's notice for withdrawals. Notice must be given at the start of the current term if you wish to withdraw from classes the following term. Fees remain payable during the notice period.

Taster Lessons - There is a limited number of Taster Lessons that we can offer per group. These are available throughout the academic year but at times, when the number of Taster students is too high, we'll have to limit them to a certain number.

Camps - KidsArtRoomTM reserves the right to cancel a camp if the minimum number of students is not reached. By booking, parents and carers acknowledge and accept this condition, which helps ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for all participants.

Catch ups - In order to allow all parents the access to request a catch up session per term, KidsartroomTM will only be able to provide one (1) catch up per student / per term.
